Things which can happen, will happen!

I am a strong believer in this. And it is not a good thing. Because it causes me big problems mentally. This is really stupid because I am often spending time thinking what could possibly happen and then following the above principle. The problem comes from the fact that I usually think about bad things which could happen and not good things. And because I am sure they will happen I am in a constant state of worrying. And this does drag me down.

So the plan is (you should have a plan for the new year) to think about the positive things which could happen. Think positive!

Easy, isn't it?
