Baked my weekly order of Ciabatta buns for the Sandhills Cafe in the Kaitaia hospital. Business as usual.

The bread experiment needs more work. I can’t find any information about this very old technique except for an article about a French baker. So I guess I need to make it my own bread.

Put the Gouda in the brine and it is now drying in the fridge for waxing.

Camembert flipped.

Normal bring day.
